Company History

Mon Valley Electric, Inc. opened for business on January 4, 2008 by co-founders Mr. James D. Bane and Mr. Chris A. Rush. Both partners, who have extensive backgrounds in the electrical industry, envisioned a small firm that would maintain close relationships with their customers on a personal level.

Since opening in 2008, Mon Valley Electric, Inc., has grown to become a very competitive electrical contractor throughout North Central WV. The firm has completed electrical projects at Fairmont State University, West Virginia University, Mon General Hospital, WVU Hospitals, Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Department of Energy, FBI, WV County School Districts (Barbour, Calhoun, Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Lewis, Pleasants, Preston, Ritchie, and Tucker Counties).

Mon Valley Electric, Inc.’s workforce is comprised of highly trained and skilled electricians who have various knowledge and background experience in both commercial and industrial settings.
